Welcome to the Singer’s Journey

By clicking agree, I, The Artist agree to the following:

1. I agree to participate in The Singer’s Journey (the “Journey”) and agree to the terms and conditions of this Artist Agreement,  Release, and Waiver of Liability (the “Agreement”), and that any breach of this Agreement by me may result in me being asked to leave the Journey without refund.
2. PAYMENT SCHEDULE – I, the Artist, agree to pay a total amount of USD $1199
   
   
3. The total amount listed above includes all the sessions and coaching arranged as a part of The Singer’s Journey. 
4. I acknowledge and understand that the training, teachings, publications, and other works or services (the “Services”) provided by The Brothers Koren, or Brothers Koren contractors (the “BK Team”) are for educational purposes only. The Services are not intended as psychotherapy or any other form of mental, emotional or physical therapeutic treatment.
5. I understand that the teaching materials, Services, and other information provided as a part of the Journey are provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and without warranty of fitness for my purposes. It is my full responsibility to execute on what I learn.
6. REFUND POLICY – I understand that my full payment or installment payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable except for rules defined in CANCELLATION POLICY. On completion of each stage and payment, all previous payments are non-refundable.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY – If, for unforeseen reasons, the BK Team cancels or reschedules a call or retreat, they commit to find an alternate time that works with my schedule.

I have read and fully agree to this Artist Agreement and look forward to being 100% engaged in this journey to my full expression and sharing of my voice with the world!
